Mas Gabana invested a lot in the design of the flowerpot EPIPHYTA, in patenting the design of the flowerpot and in the development of the moulds for the production.
The moulds are especially constructed for the injection of METACRYL (PPMM) and are made off steel with a hardness of HRC 55.
This allowes the injection of 500.000 pieces of flowerpot EPIPHYTA.
We chose this type of fabrication, because it garanties a fast production with perfect results and a high efficiency.
Our manufactured flowerpots are kept in our warehouse, near Barcelona from where they are sent to our clients all over Europe.

Material:
For the production of our flowerpot we use METACRYL CM-211 which has a high degree of fluidness, therefore it is very appropiate for the production of difficult products. We achieve a transperancy of 92% and an apsorption of water of 0,3%.
